UnframedThis is an original acrylic painting of the Manchester Ship Canal featuring the oil refinery in the distance.
It was painted in the autumn showing the beautiful autumal colours of the season along with a stunning blue sky and majestic looking clouds.
The painting shows the beauty of nature contrasting with the less attractive man-made construction of the oil refinery which created abstract patterns in the water of the canal.
The painting featured in the D31 art galleries summer exhibition in 2022.
Painted on a stretched cotton canvas which is finished with a satin based varnish and presented with a Certificate of Authenticity.
The canvas is ready to hang fitted with d rings and string cord.
