Memories of Porthcurno

One of several paintings depicting a place of significance from my childhood in Cornwall. I have chosen a tall narrow canvas to portray just a glimpse of this landmark, like a fleeting memory. This painting looks out from the beach at Porthcurno, towards the headland where the Logan Rock rests. The scene is continued onto the canvas edges. Two coats of varnish provide UV protection.
