Blue Boat Under a Pink Sky

I’m often inspired to paint boats. There’s something so nostalgic about them in their simplicity. And also something so promising about them. The places they could take you! I loved this scene because of its simplicity – a pretty boat under a pretty sky. And all of it reflected in the water.

This is a chalk pastel painting on sanded paper. It is ready to hang in a white frame with acid free white mount.

It measures approximately 28x23cm (framed dimensions).

The frame is white wood, with a high-clarity plastic safety glass to ensure minimal glare and so it isn’t damaged in transit.

The painting is signed on the back as well as in the corner on the front. It will be delivered carefully packaged in bubble wrap and in a sturdy cardboard box.
