Old Skool

A original design on a 20×16” canvas created using acrylic and spray paint and sealed with a protective top coat.

The image of the old person is created using multi layered stencils and is spray painted and finished with acrylic paint pens. The spray paint artist who is looking on at his work was hand drawn and coloured using acrylic paint pens.

The graffiti letters are a combination of acrylic paint pens and spray paint.

I created this image from seeing the impact of the pandemic on the elderly and how young people have been inspired by them and helped them in the community to get through it.
